Description
This native of the arctic areas of N. America shows off with a variety of bright colors ranging from white to salmon, yellow, orange or light red and loves high altitudes but will do well if planted in a cool area of the garden. This species will act as an annual in warmer climates since it won’t live through hot summers and as a short-lived perennial in cooler climates. The papery flowers top 12-24″ stems rising above compact feathery foliage.
